We dream, we plan, we research. Sometimes we rethink, and when the time is right, we share our ideas
with those we trust, to get their input and support. It requires boundless energy as well as the ability to focus down on the tasks in front of you, all the while keeping your vision firmly in mind. It’s like trying to put up a circus tent where all the poles have to go up at the same time. And when the setbacks occur (and they always do), it feels mostly like trying to herd cats. Starting something new is intimidating; the bigger it is, the scarier it becomes.
When the challenges pile up, you’ve got to remember to keep breathing. Everything begins with just one breath, followed by another, and then another. When the going gets tough, you’ve just got to stop and remind yourself to breathe.
