And when the setbacks occur (and they always do), it feels mostly like trying to herd cats. Starting something new is intimidating; the bigger it is, the scarier it becomes.

When the challenges pile up, you’ve got to remember to keep breathing. Everything begins with just one breath, followed by another, and then another. When the going gets tough, you’ve just got to stop and remind yourself to breathe.
